Rick also has extensive experience working with both novice and professional athletes up to Olympic standard. Rick has previously appeared on Sky News, BBC News, Channel 4 and has been referenced in numerous health publications.

  • How does online personal training work?
    This is where Miller Health is different you get the power of two experts to help you. When you sign up to our Engage Online Personal Training and Coaching Programme you’ll be assigned to both Rick Miller, Dietitian and Andreas David Christou, PT as your primary contacts during your online personal training journey at Miller Health. From here you’ll have an initial consultation and complete your questionnaire to assess your needs and goals and then we’ll take it from there and create your bespoke training and nutrition programme; all delivered through our unique app. For men who need more support on training Andreas is their primary contact and for those with more medical and sports nutritionist needs, it’s Rick who’ll be supporting them. Either way, if you sign up for online personal training you get two experts on your case.
  • What is the best online personal training program?
    In truth, the best online personal training program is one that is bespoke to your needs as a man.   • How do you provide my nutrition and training program?
    It’s really simple. Once you sign up to the Engage online personal training program you’ll receive a detailed initial assessment. From here, we’ll construct your training and nutrition programmes which will be loaded onto our tailor-made app, 1Fit. You’ll be able to access all your plans, exercises and also track your progress using our simple check in process. Every week, you’ll get an update from your coach to keep you motivated and ensure consistent progress. No hassle with meetings and all the power is in your hand.
  • Does your online personal training programme have a minimum sign up period?
    Yes. All we ask for is two months commitment and then your monthly online personal training and coaching fee is taken as a simple direct debit each month. No invoices, we keep it simple.
  • Can I cancel the online personal training programme at any time?
    Once you’ve completed your minimum commitment period you are very welcome to cancel your contract at any time. We’re confident that you’ll stay though!
  • Do you offer any blood tests or other investigations?
    Yes indeed we do. We have our Explore package that consists of a 55 marker, male-specific blood test, DEXA scan (a dual-x ray that shows body fat and lean body mass) and a metabolic test that can show total calorie needs, as well as what proportion of fat to carbohydrate you are ‘burning’ at rest, powerful for understanding your health risks and transforming your body. The Explore package can be purchased standalone or comes as standard with our Executive Programme.
